Using Windows with a Local User

Windows tries to force you into using an online sign-in. You can bypass it during the install process:

• At the sign-in page, press Shift + F10 for a cmd shell.
• Type start ms-cxh:localonly and hit Enter.

This works from build 24H2 onward.
